Are these recipes oil-free?

Yes, every recipe is oil-free. There is 1 recipe that recommends an optional topping that uses 1 tablespoon oil, but that is it!

Do I need any appliances to make these recipes?

Yes, you need a slow cooker and/or Instant Pot to have the most success with these recipes. The sauces, although optional, require a high speed blender.

Are these recipes gluten-free?

Most have gluten-free options, yes!
